This place is a joke. What the hell has happened to what use to be an efficient friendly pharmacy. I have given up with the place, , absolutely useless, terrible customer service , I stood for over half an hour waiting for a prescription that was ordered 4 days ago, only to be ignored while the staff faffed around , then I only ended up with only one of the 3 items I needed. No common courtesy from anyone. I wouldn't mind if it was a one off but this is the 4th time I have had bad service waste of time.
Absolutely appalling non existent customer service, save your sanity by never going there.
Never seems like they want your business and don't seem very interested. Never seem to have anything I want and despite having asked them to order them in (they say yes) but they never do. I now use the pharmacy in Mortimer instead, even though this is walking distance for me. Lots of free parking though.
This pharmacy is not fit for purpose, try Mortimer instead.
